Well I did it. I got my ticket. 4 long years of being a nobody. Only to find out I am still a nobody. Oh well. I wouldn't have done a frontpage update if it wasn't for Joe reminding me I had a website. So I will keep in touch with basically myself.

Well I am still here all 3 of you who read my news. :) But I digress I am still enjoying myself these days, working hard. Ridge is quite busy right now. But who knows how long that will last. I have manged to piss off everyone working with me. I am such an ass. But hey that is my life and I know it.

I have recently gotten back from both Boise, Idaho and Los Angeles, California. I went to Boise for the Sheet Metal Apprenticeship Competition. Placed 6th this year. Alot better than my dead last in 2nd year. :) I had a great time with all the guys from other union shops. I also had a great time with Derek and Kevin (2nd and 4th year respectively). Let's see how it goes for the 4th year competition next year. :)

I also got back from Los Angeles. I took a week vacation to go see Loc get married. I landed in LA on a Saturday. Hooked up with Dustin and his girl and Mitch. Mitch was very hospitable to Dustin and I. He let us crash at his place for a week. Even was nice enough to take both me and D up to San Jose for the wedding. I will never forget how he treated us. Nothing but class comes from that man. Dustin had a good time (I think). He was hurting for cash the whole time, but most things we both wanted to do got done. The only thing I wanted to do, that I never got to do was go visit Big Hands in Hungtinton Beach. But you know how things work out. I was never going to make Mitch think he was just a chauffuer for me.

Fast forward to the wedding. It was really nice to see Loc get married. I haven't known him very long but he is like a brother to me. I went out of my way to make him think I wasn't going to make anything. But I had to. Simply because of what he means to me. At the wedding it was a LV meeting of sorts. We had: Brandin (PaiGow), Ramil (BlackJack), Loc (StripPokeHer), Dustin (Luckystreak), Chris (Sic'Bo) and Dave (FlyingElvis) all there. It was nice to see the boys again. Especially finally meeting Chris. :)

Well that is enough rambling for me right now. I will try to post updates and post in my blog more often. I just have no TIME!

Woah, what type of front page deserved update comes at 3:10am Saturday Morning? I don't know about you guys, but I know what constitutes one for me. It would have to be the fact that I am building a new box now. A wicked Dual Xeon box to do some high end gaming. I'll be keeping the blog updated with all the latest greatest info on the box and what can be expected from it. Because you know damn well that it is going to own.

Well it is Monday and I am back from the LAN. Good times were held by almost all who were there. It is a shame not that many showed up as we hoped, but shit happens and people can be goofs. Plus they didn't want to get owned by me. :) Check the pics out in the Photo Gallery

Well I can say without a shadow of a doubt it is freaking hot here in Canada-land. 34C is too much for me. Sigh.

Terry and I tried to hit the Skagit River today. Too bad there was a forest fire there, which kinda limited any attempt at that. Check the pics out in the Photo Gallery

Just got back from a wicked vacation, or what you could call a vacation. 4 days of drinking and boating up at Alouette Lake. With Brewer (my bro), Big P (Dave), the time was good. Not too much sun, but just enough, so that it did NOT interfere with drinking! Check the pics in the Photo Gallery

Could a man learn to love a unit ventilator? Who knows but I am sure willing to find out. :)

Could it be finally happing? Rich is becoming a cyber geek? Well yes that time has come for me to get my own very cool blog software. For those who are unaware of what a blog is, basically it is a way to force other people to share your life. :) Which is not necessarily what I originally intended, but sure is life.
